At VIOLETTE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your VIOLETTE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring you include all promotional samples or gifts that were part of the initial purchase to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, excluding initial shipping costs.
